A lesson about FAT
1. You can’t ever get rid of fat cells, unless with liposuction. They just shrink and expand.
2. Four out of five determinants of your weight is based off of genetics. (the one that isn’t is how much you eat and exercise)
…so encouraging to learn this in living skills today..
I need to know the difference between being thin and being fit and that for some people being stick skinny isn’t natural while for others it is. I know people who eat only like one to two really small meals a day, usually just vegetables, and are considered to be ‘chunky’ while people who eat like a full grown man with extra cream and extra cheese are chopstick skinny
Moral of story: dont compare myself with others and girls i see in magazines. Find what weight and size is normal for me when I’m consistent with my exercise and good eating habits. THAT’S what’s natural and beautiful, being healthy.
